All Skills Day Camp

We will be focusing on the fundamentals, the mechanics, and the art of attacking and libero’ing.  We will have coaches working will all groups, but for setters it is a great opportunity to get tons of real and live reps setting attackers.  We believe learning proper arms swing mechanics as early as possible is vital to the success and the health of all attackers. 

 

Libero’s will be grinding reps on passing, defense, out of system setting, and the nuance’s of playing their unique position. All positions will be studying and learning from the best in the world during our video burst sessions. 

 

We believe this is a vital part of the learning process and it will be a focus for all campers during our sessions

 

Additionally, campers will get a Q and A with current LBSU players and staff on any and all questions they may have
