I have read and fully understand the accompanying release/waiver and fully understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing this waiver voluntarily

I understand that by signing this, there are no refunds UNLESS of an injury with a doctor’s note (saying that the camper will not be able to participate in the camp). If this is the case, a 50% refund (not including the website fees) will be provided. I understand that CHANGE OF PLANS (including my club or high school adding tournaments or practices, family vacations, etc.) do not qualify for refunds. You MAY apply your funds to another camp date for the following year, or you may transfer your registration to someone else.

Long Beach Volleyball Camps are open to any and all participants
