Natalie Reagan joined Long Beach State as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator fin January 2023 before being promoted to Head Coach in November 2024. Reagan brings several years of experience having coached at both the collegiate and high school levels.
Reagan comes to the Beach after most recently serving as the head coach at Harvard-Westlake. While coaching the Wolverines, she helped Harvard-Westlake win the Division I Southern Regional Championship, the highest division state championship of any sport at Harvard-Westlake. For her efforts, Reagan was named AVCA All-Region Coach of the Year, and was an AVCA Thirty Under 30 award winner.
Prior to her time at Harvard-Westlake, Reagan worked at Loyola Marymount as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for four years. At LMU, Reagan helped the Lions win their first NCAA Tournament match since 2015. She also brought in back-to-back Top 30 recruiting classes. Additionally, she was responsible for scouting and analyzing opponents, while also training the Lions in defense and blocking.
Previously, Reagan worked at Nebraska as the team’s technical coordinator. During her stint at Nebraska, she was part of three NCAA Tournament Teams and helped the Huskers capture the 2015 National Championship.
Reagan played collegiately at Oregon State before transitioning into a coaching role as the assistant director of volleyball operations. As director of operations, Reagan assisted with practice setup, ran Data Volley and statistical analysis.
Additionally, Reagan has also gained experience coaching with USA Volleyball as an assistant coach and technical coordinator. She worked with the 2016 USA National Team and Pan Am Cup Teams.

Naseri Tumanuvao

Associate Head Coach

Long Beach State is proud to welcome Naseri Tumanuvao as the Associate Head Coach for Women’s Volleyball. With over a decade of experience coaching in the Big West Conference, Naseri brings a proven track record of player development, high-level recruiting, and leadership.
Prior to joining the Beach, he spent four successful seasons at UC Irvine as Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator, helping guide the Anteaters to four straight seasons of .500 or better in conference play after taking over a last-place program.

Naseri also served as an assistant at Cal State Fullerton and began his coaching career at Concordia Irvine, where he had an outstanding playing career. As a two-time All-American and NAIA Player of the Year, he graduated as Concordia’s all-time leader in kills and led the Eagles to a national title match appearance in 2014.

Deeply rooted in the Southern California volleyball community, Naseri has been the Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at T-Street Volleyball Club since 2014 and has spent time with the USA Women’s National Team as a volunteer assistant coach.
His passion for the game, ability to connect with players, and commitment to developing student-athletes on and off the court make him a perfect fit for Long Beach State and an invaluable part of our staff.

Jordan Molina

Assistant Coach

Jordan Molina joined the Long Beach State Women's Volleyball staff as a volunteer assistant coach in August of 2022 before being brought back in the assistant coach role ahead of the 2024 campaign.
As a volunteer assistant coach with the Beach, Molina was instrumental in helping the squad turn in a 19-9 overall record and a 14-6 Big West mark. During the 2022 season, Long Beach State went on a nine-match winning streak marking the longest such streak for the program since 2014. Additionally, Molina worked with and mentored four Big West All-Conference selections in Morgan Chacon, Katie Kennedy, Zayna Meyer, and Dylan Dela Cruz.
Molina previously spent several years gaining valuable coaching experience at the club level. Collegiately, he played three seasons with the Beach and helped the squad win back-to-back NCAA National Championships in 2018 and 2019. In his time at Long Beach State, he amassed 373 career digs as the team’s starting libero. Additionally, he was part of a team that put together a program-record 24-match winning streak in his junior season.
Prior to playing at Long Beach State, Molina gained championship experience at Long Beach City College where he led the Vikings to a State Championship in 2016. He was named the CCCAA Men’s Volleyball State Championship MVP after logging 28 digs in a five-set semifinal win over Golden West and another 14 digs against Orange Coast College in the final.
Molina graduated from Long Beach State in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management information systems.

Michael Ma

Michael Ma joined the Long Beach State Women’s Volleyball staff as an assistant coach in June of 2025, returning to his alma mater after building a championship résumé at the high school, club, and collegiate levels.

Ma arrives at Long Beach State Women's Volleyball following a highly successful tenure as head girls’ volleyball coach and assistant athletic director at Saint Joseph High School. In two seasons leading the Jesters, he guided the program to back-to-back Del Rey League championships in 2023 and 2024, compiling a combined 46–19 overall record. During that stretch, six student-athletes earned all-league honors under his direction.
In addition to his high school success, Ma has been a cornerstone in the Southern California club volleyball scene. As a longtime coach and recruiting coordinator at Seal Beach Volleyball Club, his teams captured nine national medals, highlighted by a gold medal at the 2024 USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championship in the 15 Freedom Division. He is also the founder of Michael Ma’s Elite Training Academy, where he has helped guide more than 30 student-athletes to collegiate volleyball programs.

At the collegiate level, Ma spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Westcliff University (NAIA), helping lead the Warriors to a 21–8 overall record and a runner-up finish in the California Pacific Conference in 2022. He also served as a volunteer assistant coach at University of Arizona in 2019, where he worked closely with liberos and defensive specialists. That season, Arizona’s starting libero broke the school record for digs by a freshman and earned two Pac-12 Freshman of the Week honors.
A 2016 graduate of Long Beach State, Ma returns to the Beach with a strong background in player development, defensive training, and recruiting coordination. His experience across multiple levels of the game has consistently translated into competitive success and opportunities for student-athletes to advance to the next level.
